The problem is, if you don't already have one, the frameworks and tools for professional coaching platforms are $10's of thousands of dollars to get certified. What do you use otherwise?

The Entrepreneur Roadmap was developed by a mentor and coach after being asked to coffee by hundreds of entrepreneurs wanting help with their business... asking for advice/money/introductions/a shoulder, etc.

After asking the same questions, and giving much of the same advice, over and over, he systemized the entrepreneur maturing process into this model.

Sometimes, these coffees lead to a full engagement. More often than not, the client opted for a more self-serve process for less money. The Entrepreneur Roadmap is the framework that makes it work.

If the entrepreneur has an established company, a really great place to start is to have them do the Q20 Business Health Checkup. It will identify the entrepreneurs humility, their strength and weakness areas for their current business and their receptivity to mentoring. Consider it a bit of a triage tool for you to identify hot spots to tackle first.

We want to give you a framework to help the entrepreneurs. It will save you time and energy. Instead of working endlessly with the entrepreneur, ask a few questions, understand their Biggest Immediate Challenge (BIC) and prescribe homework. They send you the homework to review and you can prescribe the next level.

Of course, if they don't do the homework and just fade away, you don't have to keep wasting your time. It's exciting working with the ones that want it. The ones that want it, grow, transform, and become full engagement clients.
